Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 12 oz Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles for 2 minutes less than package directions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onions over medium-high heat, breaking the meat into small crumbles.
  4. Drain excess grease, add minced garlic, and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked noodles with the meat sauce, then transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure to salt your pasta water and taste the sauce before mixing with noodles. Adjust seasoning as needed.
