Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
- Whisk the egg and parmesan cheese together, then toss with warm spaghetti noodles.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onions until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef, cook for one minute, then stir in marinara sauce and simmer for five minutes.
- Spread pasta in the baking dish, pour meat sauce over it, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Broil for two minutes for a golden top.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Ensure to salt your pasta water generously. Avoid overcooking the pasta, and use freshly grated cheese for best results.
