- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Stir in the diced ham and half of the cheddar cheese, then add the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
