  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed cor
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add the eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the center.
